Karting,
from father to son
Team Roche Compétition was founded in 2005 by his grandfather, when his father Bastien was racing karts himself at the Crolles circuit near Grenoble. Twenty years later, it is Raphaël who takes the wheel.
He sat in a kart for the first time in June 2024. It clicked straight away: a few months later he was already matching the best in his class in France. The family then made a bold choice: to travel to Italy every week, where the level is the highest.
For him, karting is a school of life: discipline, effort and pushing his limits, at every practice session and every race.

Two years, three milestones
In June, Raphaël sat in a kart for the first time. Six months later, his lap times were already close to the best in France.
First season in a highly competitive Italian championship: 9 races, 6 top-10 finishes, and the creation of his own team with a workshop truck.
Pole position in the rain at his very first Mini Gr3 race. After 4 races, the season was stopped to move up to OKN Junior and prepare for 2027.

From P22 à P6
22nd at his first race at Lonato in February. 6th at Cremona in October. Steady progress, race after race.

French companies get a 60% tax reduction, up to €20,000 or 0.5% of turnover. A tax receipt is issued.
